Questions we hear first.

Who pays whom?

The AI lab pays WhaleLink for a license. WhaleLink pays the company that provided the data, within 30 to 60 days once the data is approved, anonymized and delivered.

What kind of data do you license?

Operating records with real work in them: support tickets, email, job notes, quotes and catalogs.

How do you anonymize records?

We remove names, contact details, addresses and account numbers, then a person reviews samples and assesses the risk of reidentification.

Which countries do you work in?

We source data in Germany, the wider EU and Turkey. Buyers can be anywhere.
